At Natural Pet Pantry, we take pride in delivering high-quality products to our customers in a timely manner. We currently offer UK delivery only, with most orders shipped within 3 days of purchase. We typically use Royal Mail for delivery. Depending on the size and weight of the order, we may use other carriers. Delivery times may vary, so please allow up to 7 days for your order to arrive. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Natural Pet Pantry, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We also offer exchanges for a different product if desired. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We are always available to answer any of your questions or concerns.
